I want to transfer an employee. What should I do?

Here is how you can transfer an employee to other branch in Max, follow these simple steps:

Go to the Dashboard:

On the dashboard, locate and click on the “Teams” tab to manage your team members.

Click the ellipsis (““) icon to access additional administrative options for managing the team.

Employee Transfer:

Within the team management options, select the “Employee Transfer” . A popup will appear to guide you through the process.

Confirm Transfer Details:

In the popup, click “Yes” to confirm the transfer. Proceed to select the new branch for the employee.

Set Last Day at Current Branch:

Specify the employee’s last day at the current branch by selecting the appropriate date. 

Set First Day at New Branch:

Indicate the employee’s first day at the new branch to establish the commencement of their role in the new location.

Click “Next” to progress through the transfer steps. At this stage, you have the option to add or change the employee’s salary.

Update and Finish:

Click “Finish” to confirm and complete the transfer process. This action will update the employee’s profile with the new branch information and any salary adjustments made.

Congratulations! You have successfully transferred an employee to a new branch using MAX HRMS.
